VXN WORKOUT

This class offers a high-energy dance fitness workout like no other. Choreographed to the hottest beats, it challenges participants’ endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Intentionally, we include movements and music to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and evoke positive feelings. Classes at this location are led by a VXN® Licensed Instructor.
